A Long Island bartender is accused of stealing $15,000 from his employer.
Nassau County police say the theft occurred at Smuggler Jack's Restaurant and Bar in Massapequa between June and October.
They say 33-year-old George Katsihtis admitted to taking the money. Police say other evidence included video and business receipts.
He was arraigned Tuesday on a third-degree larceny charge.
Newsday says he was represented by Legal Aid, which does not comment on cases.
