Police are investigating after a 51-year-old woman was found dead with apparent trauma in a Bronx apartment.
Officers responded to a 911 call regarding a wellness check at a home on Clarke Place in Concourse just before 11 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said they found the unidentified woman unconscious in the bedroom. First responders pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
The medical examiner will determine how she died.
