Cheer Coach Busted for Allegedly Sending Racy Photos to Student

A New Jersey high school math teacher and cheerleading coach was arrested for allegedly sending two inappropriate photos to a male student on social media.

Mallory Christ, 29, of South Plainfield, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly sending the images of herself in February.

Police launched an investigation after school officials learned of the photos and notified authorities.

Christ is being held without bail in North Brunswick. She was a math teacher in South Plainfield for two years and also coached the school's cheerleading squad, prosecutors said.

She previously worked at Sayreville War Memorial High School.

It wasn't immediately clear if Christ had an attorney.
