Staten Island Man Faces Charges for Obama Streak

New Yorker hit indecent exposure charge for streaking Obama event in Philly

A Staten Island man was arraigned in a Philadelphia court Monday after he streaked naked at President Obama’s “Moving America Forward” event -- reportedly in the hopes of a million-dollar payout from a web site.

Juan J. Rodriguez, 24, of Staten Island, N.Y., was charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and open lewdness after he streaked naked at the presidential event in the Germantown section of Philly, police say.

Rodriguez may have run naked through the presidential visit in the hopes of getting $1 million from a billionaire who posed the dare on a web site.

According to CNBC.com, billionaire Alki David promised $1 million to anyone who is seen nude in front of the president with the word “Battlecam” written on his chest. Rodriguez did just that.

There’s no word yet on whether or not Rodriguez will get his reward.
