Service on the No. 7 subway line has been restored after it was suspended between Manhattan and Queens because of signal problems as the evening rush got underway Friday, the MTA said.
Times Square-bound No. 7 trains were terminating at Queensboro Plaza until just after 5:30 p.m. The suspension, which was posted by the MTA at 4:35 p.m., lasted for about an hour.
Commuters taking No. 7 trains may still experience delays, according to the MTA, and can use N or Q trains as alternatives.
