Authorities are searching a Long Island park for a missing teen they believe may have died at the hands of the MS-13 gang, a law enforcement source said.
A search for the missing 19-year-old boy is taking place at Hempstead Lake State Park, in the town of Hempstead, the source told NBC New York.
The teen is presumed dead, and his death is being investigated as a possible MS-13-related murder, according to the source.
Authorities didn’t immediately provide additional information about the search.
