At least three people, including a child, were injured when a small school bus flipped over in Queens Friday, fire officials said.
Officers were seen standing on the overturned bus after the the accident near Liberty Avenue and Inwood Street in Jamaica. Its emergency back door was open as police and other emergency vehicles surrounded the bus and blocked off the intersection.
The three injured people were taken to a hospital and are expected to be OK, authorities said.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
