New Yorkers are jazzed about Jayden and sold on Sophia — they're the most popular baby names for a second year in a row in the nation's biggest city.
The city Health Department released the new rankings Monday. They're drawn from the 120,457 infants born citywide in 2013. That's 2 percent fewer than in 2012.
Jayden has been tops for boys for five years in a row. Sophia took the lead for girls last year, besting Isabella.
Overall, the top 10 for each gender hasn't changed much. Noah and Liam have elbowed into the boys' list, while Aiden and Ryan have dropped off.
On the girls' side, "Sofia" with an "f'' is back in the mix after being edged out by Ava in 2012. Ava is now number 11.
