A man entered a construction site in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighborhood early Friday and drew a swastika in wet cement, police said.
Surveillance video released by police shows a long-haired man in a black leather jacket climbing over a fence near the Myrtle Avenue site at 1:45 a.m.
He then hunches over and allegedly writes the words “Die Yuppies” and a swastika in wet cement.
The incident is not being investigated as a hate crime.
