A 14-year-old Bronx girl who disappeared and was believed to be with a 35-year-old registered sex offender has been found, the NYPD said.
The girl left her house on Bussing Avenue around 6 p.m. Thursday, a source said, after her mother found content on her tablet indicating she had a sexual relationship with the man, identified by the source as Anthony Ferdinand.
Police said the girl and Ferdinand were found at the Herald Square train station around 10:15 a.m. Saturday.
Ferdinand was arrested and charged with rape, criminal sex act, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and sexual abuse, police said on Sunday.
His attorney information wasn't immediately available.
Ferdinand was arrested in February 2003 in the rape of a mentally disabled 19-year-old girl, and then again in July 2006 for forgery and other related charges. He was arrested yet again for theft of service, and then for failure to register as a sex offender.

When he was arrested for larceny, he had been found in the company of another missing child, the source said.
Ferdinand is a registered level two sex offender, according to public state records. His last known address was in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn.
