J, M Service Restored Between Manhattan, Brooklyn

J and M train service has been restored between Manhattan and Brooklyn afte a track fire briefly halted trains on the line Wednesday morning, authorities say. 

Trains began running between Manhattan and Brooklyn at about 7:15 a.m., after a nearly 20-minute outage. Fire officials say that a track fire caused the suspension.

No injuries were reported.

Residual delays are expected.
