A drunk driver struck two pedestrians, including his own brother, and also struck a building, a fence and a storage trailer early Saturday, police said.
Carlos Lopez, 33, of Deer Park, was charged with driving while intoxicated, Suffolk County police said.
Police said Lopez was leaving a group of people in a parking lot in Bay Shore when he struck a 41-year-old man, then struck a building, then struck his brother.
Lopez continued through a fence, then struck a storage trailer, police said.
The brother was hospitalized in serious condition, police said. Lopez and the other victim were treated and released.
It wasn't clear whether Lopez had an attorney.
