Armed Robbers Kidnap Man, Stab Him in Minivan: NYPD

A man walking on a Brooklyn street was ambushed by two masked, armed men who forced him into a minivan, where he was assaulted, stabbed and robbed earlier this month, police said.

Cops are now looking for the suspects in the Flatlands kidnapping.

Police said the victim was on the 1100 block of East 54th Street at about 10:30 p.m. Feb. 9 when he was approached by two armed men wearing masks.

He was forced into a minivan, where he was assaulted and stabbed multiple times in the leg and arms, police said.

The suspects took cash, an iPhone and two debit cards, then left in the area of East 39th Street and Foster Avenue before fleeing, police said.

Police released a sketch of the suspect and the following surveillance photo of a person of interest who allegedly tried to use the victim's credit card to purchase an X-Box at Toys R Us at 2875 Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn on Feb. 10.
