3 Suspects Wanted in Bronx Shooting of Teen

The 19-year-old victim was shot at multiple times and hit once in the back, police say

Police are searching for three young men in connection with a shooting in the Bronx Tuesday night.

The three suspects, caught on surveillance video, are accused of shooting several times at a 19-year-old man in the area of East 149th Street and Jackson Avenue at about 10:10 p.m. Tuesday.

One of the bullets hit the victim, who suffered a gunshot wound to his back, police said. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.

The three young men are believed to live in or frequent the Betances Housing Development at East 146th Street and Brook Avenue.
