Three children were playing on Stebbins Avenue in Crotona Park East at about 5 p.m. Friday when the man, believed to be between 18 and 20 years old, approached, according to the NYPD.

After the man exposed himself, the children tried to get away, police say. But the man followed them, going up to their door and trying to go into their home. He left without getting inside.
