A young man died after being shot in the neck in Brooklyn early Sunday morning, police said.
Police responded to a call about a shooting in Bedford-Stuyvesant around 12:40 a.m., police said.
Officers found the 25-year-old on Lefferts Place suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck, police said.
EMS transported the man to Kings County Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, police said.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
The identity of the deceased is pending a family notification.
