Security video captured a man robbing a livery cab driver at gunpoint in Harlem, and police are searching for the suspect.
The suspect got into the cab in front of 2101 Madison Ave. at about 3 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, and demanded property from the 26-year-old driver, police said.
The robber took $40 in cash along with a Samsung cellphone, then ran into 2121 Madison Ave., a large apartment building.
The suspect is described as about 23 years old and 5 feet 6 inches. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
