A 52-year-old man was struck and killed by a U.S. Postal Service truck in Brooklyn, police said.
Charles McClean was hit by a mail truck as he was crossing a street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood at about 5 p.m. Friday, the NYPD said.
He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver remained on the scene and has not been charged with a crime.
The death happened the day after a 3-year-old boy was killed by a commercial van in Bath Beach.
