A 13-year-old boy has been charged in what authorities say was the accidental fatal shooting of another teen earlier this month.
Authorities say the boys were playing with a handgun outside the Incca Village apartment complex in Paterson when it went off on Oct. 6.
A shot struck 13-year-old K'Zure Credle in the head, killing him.
The teen suspect has been charged with acts of delinquency relating to the death. But his name has not been released due to his age.
No other injuries were reported.
