If you couldn't score an invitation to a swanky New Year's Eve event, celebrate a little early by watching Le Cirque: A Table in Heaven tonight on HBO at 8 p.m. The documentary covers Le Cirque from its shuttering in 2004 to its reopening at the Bloomberg Tower, with anecdotes from Sirio Maccioni and family, as well as glam diners like Robert De Niro, Rudy Giuliani, Henry Kissinger, and Nancy Reagan.
