Elizabeth Banks Joins L'Oréal Camp; Narciso Rodriguez to Launch Fragrance in March

• Actress Elizabeth Banks is the latest celebrity to ink a deal as a beauty ambassador. L'Oréal hired her with a contract allegedly worth $1 million. Pretty sweet deal. [British Vogue]

Narciso Rodriguez will launch his second fragrance in March, called Essence, featuring the notes he loves most: iris, rose, and amber. Catherine McNeil is slated to star in the campaign. [WWD]

• Paris Hilton uses love potions: "I put pheromones in a lot of my fragrances, and that attracts people to you. My new fragrance is called Fairy Dust. I'm dressed kind of like Tinkerbell." So that's her secret weapon, huh? [Esquire]
