Just in time for the rise of brown-bag lunches, Tom Colicchio puts out a ’wichcraft cookbook today. If the recession precludes you from buying the book (listed at $27.50), Amazon included a few recipes in its product description. But can man live on “Roasted Turkey with Avocado, Bacon, Balsamic Onion Marmalade, and Mayonnaise” and “Chocolate Cream’wiches” alone?
