'Til now, Williamsburg's Egg closed for a few hours in the mid-afternoon, forcing super-late risers to scrapple, er, scrap their plans of biscuits and gravy. But this week, that all changes! Starting tomorrow, the restaurant is putting its new beer-and-wine license to good use by opening from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday (on Mondays and Tuesdays, it will still close for the day at 3 p.m.). Signs on the tables read: "We'll also trot out a new menu and breakfast will be available all day alongside lunch and dinner dishes like fried chicken, pulled pork, fresh-ground hamburgers, braised duck, and roasted oysters." Yes, people! French toast at 9 p.m.!
