That said, Santos Party House will resemble das kapital's revered 24-hour party palace Berghain for a night when big deal D.J. Scuba brings his seminal bass and dubstep affair Sub:Stance to Chinatown for a residency launch. Appleblim and Berghain/Panorama Bar resident Steffi also spin. ($28 tickets here, 10 p.m. - 4 a.m.)
