The first closing letters went out last week, and the DOB has blessed it with a temporary certificate of occupancy. According to StreetEasy, 38 of the Scarano-designed condo's units are in contract. Meanwhile, 25 are on the market, with prices running from $595,000 for a 756-square-foot one-bedroom to $1.1 million for a 1,149-square-foot two-bed.
