As part of its gut rehabilitation, the former derelict building at 247 Dekalb Avenue will be getting a new restaurant on the ground floor. Clinton Hill Blog snapped a photo of the liquor permit application back in October, and local sources tell us it will be some kind of casual bistro serving hamburgers, beer and the like.
