Our favorite room in this house at 1201 Union Street in Crown Heights is the un renovated upstairs bedroom in the lower right of the montage above. It's the one room where you get a good sense of what this place feels like at its core--and it's a good feeling. The two-family house's unusual dimensions—34-by-35-feet—make for very generous floorplates. (The current configuration could certainly be improved on. This place is really calling out to be a one-family. And, oh, that kitchen! Ouch.) Anyway, for $719,00, it seems to us you could do a lot worse.
