This smallish two bedroom at 82 Willow Street in Brooklyn Heights has a nice feel to it. At 852 square feet, however, the top-floor unit ain't huge. And without a floorplan or photos of the kitchen or bathroom, it's hard to evaluate the asking price of $739,000. Our gut is that it's probably too high (though the low monthly maintenance of $500 should help). After all, $867 per square foot goes a lot further than it used to.
