This first-floor co-op at 719 Carroll Street in Park Slope was on the market for a while in early 2006 for $683,000 before it was yanked in July of that year. Now, as of last week, the two-bedroom apartment is back on the market for $699,000. There's some nice detail and the location's great but, man, that's a long, skinny layout!
