We wouldn't call the sales process at The Absolute super speedy, but given what's been going on in the market and the economy, we would call it solid. As of last April, when we last checked in, there were four units with signed contracts. Now, out of 24 units total, there are nine signed contracts and three other contracts are out. If you've been putting off checking this place out, there's going to be a special inducement at this Sunday's open house: The first 12 visitors will receive a free gift certificate to nearby Gnarly Vines.
