According to Lost City (and the reader who sent in the photo at left), Court Street was blocked off this morning to make way for the a large crane that will be, reportedly, involved in the demolition of the building. "The word from the surveyors is: It's coming down!" writes LC. "Has to come down. No choice. Too damaged. The constant rain was the likely culprit." These photos are a couple of hours old.
