Of all the year's sample sales, Tory Burch's is the cream of the crop, so when the surprise announcement came through yesterday that the sale had opened a day early, the frenzy began. Deals on spring merch become so attractive that last season, they called the cops to prevent riots (true story). Sample Sally's first-day report noted well-stocked sizes and a variety of shoes marked down for $140 or less, clothing priced below $200 and bags between $95-$220.
