Is it just us, or is Halloween definitely getting its due this year? From Snooki dressing up as a pickle, to Ellen Degeneres dressing up as Snooki, and even Simon Doonan getting in on the holiday fun, there's been no shortage of costume-related coverage. And yet, there's always room for more.
We especially love this slideshow, via Harper's Bazaar, in which 19 fashion designers reveal their own get-ups for the weekend's festivities. Major applause to Christian Coda for his elaborate iguana costume, ("I am painting my face the same texture and color of an iguana and will add Swarovski Crystals for effect. The costume itself will include a headpiece and a fitted iguana suit made out of a scaly, shiny material.”) while Jeff Halmos of Shipley & Halmos and Lisa Maycock of Vena Cava take the cake for adorable duo: they're dressing up as the Super Mario Brothers.
