Curbed PriceChopper: Nicks & Bruises on Madison Square

The southeast corner of Madison Square Park is a hotbed of headline-grabbing development, but on the north side of the once derelict park, 15 Madison Square North—the condo conversion of the top 12 floors of 15 East 26th Street—might be feeling a little left out. So in order to momentarily distract us from Rem and Donatella (and perhaps to clear out some lingering inventory), ol' 15 MSN went ahead and cut prices on 10 of its 11 remaining sponsor units, per StreetEasy. The chopping isn't the worst we've ever seen—$225,000 off the $5 million listings, around $150,000 on the $3 million+ apartments and $100k snipped from the cheaper stuff—but Madison Square Park has been absolutely bulletproof lately. Open House this Sunday if you want to inspect the bodies.
