The restaurant's name actually takes the initials of rising culinary star Laurent Tourondel, who is teasing taste buds with BLTs in nine locations, including properties in Hong Kong and San Juan. The menu is dotted with steakhouse staples, as well as a Japanese Kobe steak and a handful of seafood offerings. Situated in Midtown Manhattan, BLT offers an atmosphere good for dates or larger groups. It also boasts an impressive wine list of more than 12,000 labels, and design and decor that will impress its trendier patrons.
