Cat Greenleaf

Cat Greenleaf is host of "Talk Stoop with Cat Greenleaf" on NY Nonstop and also serves as a lifestyle contributor for NBC New York, providing human-interest reports for the station's morning program "Today In New York" and other NBC New York news programs.

Her "Talk Stoop" segments are also featured on NBC's owned and operated television stations and the weekend NBC "Today" show.

Prior to joining WNBC, Greenleaf worked at NYC-TV where she hosted and produced various programs for the station including, "On The Prowl with Cat Greenleaf" (a weekly series on the culture and characters of New York City); "9.99" (a guide to spending under $10 a day in the city); and "Backdrop NYC" (a showcase for independent films made in New York). 

Greenleaf hosted The Travel Channel's "Vacation Home Search" and "Chasing History Home." She was also a daily roving craft reporter on the DiY Network’s "Craftlab."

Greenleaf held positions as Queens Bureau Chief and General Assignment Reporter for RNN-TV in New York from 2002-2005. From 1999-2001, she was an airborne traffic reporter for Metro Networks/Westwood One first in San Francisco on KGO radio, where she covered the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks for NY1.

A graduate of Long Island University, Greenleaf resides in Brooklyn with her son and husband.
