Raphael Miranda's forecast for Saturday, January 5

Conditions are slowly warming up in the area over the next few days, with temperatures potentially reaching 40 degrees Saturday and rising into the mid 40s by Sunday.

A light snow is possible overnight, beginning just after midnight and lasting in Sunday morning. Only minimal snow accumulations are expected, though there might be some slippery spots Sunday morning.

TODAY: Partly cloudy & cool, with diminishing winds.
HIGH: 40

TONIGHT:  A few snow showers, cold.
LOW: 31

TOMORROW: Early snow showers for some, then mostly cloudy and milder. 
HIGH: 45

MONDAY: Mostly sunny and cooler. 
HIGH: 39

TUESDAY: Mostly sunny, and milder.
HIGH:   43

WEDNESDAY: Partly sunny and mild.
HIGH:   47

THURSDAY: Cloudy with a chance of rain.
