A 43-year-old Bronx man has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman inside her Upper West Side apartment earlier this year, police say.
Andy Sterling was arrested on first-degree criminal sex act charges Friday in connection with the attack at the 36-year-old woman's apartment on Sept. 26, police say.
Police say the suspect allegedly followed the 36-year-old woman to her apartment and pushed his way inside.
The man threatened to kill the woman, began choking her and allegedly sexually attacked her before fleeing, police said.
Attorney information for Sterling wasn't immediately available.
