Man Wanted in Sexual Assault of Girl, 10, in Queens

    Police are looking for the man who sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl in an apartment building elevator in Queens last month.

    Police say the suspect assaulted the girl July 31 at about 7:30 p.m. in the building near Colden Street and Franklin Avenue.

    The man is described as being about 45 to 55 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing tan shorts and a green shirt with blue stripes.

    Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). Tips can also be submitted online.
