An off-duty NYPD employee has been arrested in connection with the death of a 57-year-old man who was struck and killed while crossing a Manhattan street over the weekend, police say.

Garry Kinloch, a 48-year-old maintenance worker with the department, was charged with DWI Monday.

Police say he was driving the 2003 Acura that struck and killed Victor Felix Sunday evening near 7th Avenue and 146th Street.

Police said Kinloch was taken into custody at the scene.

It wasn't known if he had an attorney.

The investigation is ongoing.
