Police are investigating the death of a 30-year-old who was found with with head trauma inside a home in Queens Tuesday afternoon.

Jason Tolentino was pronounced dead at a hospital after officers found him on the floor of a building on 122nd Street in South Ozone Park around 3:30 p.m., police say. It's not clear why the officers were sent to the building.

Tolentino's death has been ruled a homicide. No arrests have been made.
