Masked L.I. Home Invaders Pistol-Whipped Woman, Threatened Kids: Cops

Police are looking for the masked men with handguns who walked into a Long Island home late one evening last November, pistol-whipped a woman and threatened to injure six children if she didn't give them money, authorities said.

Suffolk police say the two men fled the home on Lockwood Road in Bay Shore with the victim's debit card and some electronics, and one was seen on surveillance video a short time later using the stolen debit card at a laundromat in Wyandach.

One of the suspects is described as being about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build. The second man is described as being about 6 feet tall with a medium build. Both men were wearing black clothing at the time of the home invasion Nov. 27.

Authorities released snapshots of the suspects from surveillance video (above insets).

Anyone with information about the burglary or the suspects is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800)-220-TIPS.
