Police are looking for the suspect who attacked a man with a hammer in Harlem early Monday.
The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition after the assault near 112th Street and Fifth Avenue shortly before 1 a.m.
In a separate case, a Brooklyn musician lost sight in one eye when he was attacked with a hammer after getting lost walking from a friend's house in Fort Greene to his home in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
Police arrested a 44-year-old suspect several days after that assault.
