Police are searching for the four men who robbed a jewelry store in Queens on Halloween

A group of men, some in masks and disguises, held up a jewelry store in Queens on Halloween, getting away with necklaces, rings and rope chains, police say.

The four robbers walked into Virani Jewelers at 74-15 37th Ave. in Jackson Heights just after 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 31, according to police. One of the men, who was wearing a Halloween mask, threatened a worker with a gun and forced her to open a safe in the back office.

The others took jewelry from the display case, and the four men then fled with an undetermined amount of jewelry, police say.
