Gunman Sought in Fatal Shooting at Long Island House Party: Police

Police are searching for a gunman accused of firing shots into a crowd at a house party on Long Island, fatally hitting a man in the head. 

Nassau Police say Autrey Smith was at a party on Colonial Avenue in Freeport just after 1 a.m. Sunday when he fired several gunshots into a crowd.

One of the shots fatally hit Lyreek Crawley in the head.

Smith may have fled the scene in a champagne-colored Toyota Camry, going westbound on Colonial Avenue toward Main Street, police said.
