Judge Clears Same-Sex Marriages in Connecticut

In October The Connecticut Supreme Court ruled that preventing gay and lesbian couples from marrying violates the state constitution. Today a brief hearing was held that allowed couples to start receiving marriage licenses immediately and many did just that.
