J. Lo “On the Fence” About Returning to “Idol”

J.Lo's first season on "American Idol" could also be her last.

The popular judge of Fox's singing talent show told BBC radio she was "on the fence" about returning for another season.

"I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it, but I have a lot of other things happening, and it's going to come down to making a choice of really what I want to do for the next year," she said, according to the Hollywood Reporter. "We're not really at the breaking point of 'You have to make a decision right now!' So I'm not. I'm really enjoying the time of just waiting--and seeing."

Lopez signed a one-year, $12 million deal with "Idol" in October. Her critiques were usually generous and she often got emotional on camera. Some critics considered the show a much needed comeback for the singer, who has been largely absent the past few years.

She might be angling for money, The Huffington Post reported. Steven Tyler made more than she did with his judging debut, with $18 million.

In the meanwhile, J. Lo and her husband Marc Anthony are traveling around the world for a Latin competition show, "Q'Viva! The Chosen," accroding to the Hollywood Reporter. The couple and director-choreographer began searching for undiscovered Latino talent this summer.
