The Rug Company
McQueen's gold brocade and black rug.
If the thought of actually walking all over something designed by Alexander McQueen seems totally baffling, relax—we're talking floor coverings, not couture. The Feast is reporting on the imminent debut of McQueen rugs at The Rug Company's newest location in Chicago, a collection that was apparently three years in the making.
And while the rugs don't come cheap—a custom order recently totaled $135,000—consider the tread to cost ratio, which suddenly makes the floor coverings seem downright affordable in comparison to a McQueen gown. [The Feast Chicago]
