When we last paid a visit to Tribeca's Our Suburb a couple of weeks back, the brick building at the corner of West Broadway and N. Moore was still hidden by a sidewalk shed. But that obstruction at 2 N. Moore has come down and a real beauty, now fully restored, is revealed. According to the folks at Corcoran SHOWINGS START Fall of 2008. There's a chill in the air and the leaves are turning, so suburban bliss is definitely upon us, at an asking price holding steady at $35,000,000. When they announce the Open House we'll be sure to let everyone know.
