Shake Shack might not be the only new spot with root beer on tap: Sam Mason is planning a new bar, adjacent to his Tailor, inspired by '50's soda fountains. And his acclaimed bartender Eben Freeman will not be at the helm: "'I gotta get Eben out of my hair,' Mason joked, and described his imagined space as one with 'swiveling bar stools, homemade soda and...soda infused with spirits and stuff.
